Final Performance!

For our final performance this week for Hurumanu we did a Freezeframe, Chorus of Movement and an Interview. I got a bit muddled up because I thought Nevaeh said that we weren't going to do the interview anymore. But that's okay. Everyone makes mistakes.

This term being a part of Drama was pretty cool! I got to learn new things in every session. Doing performances was nerve-racking but I got through them. Performing built up my confidence, I got more confident in performing in front of others.
If you're reading this and you haven't done Drama yet, you'll enjoy some days and others...not so much.
 Anyways, here are our videos!

Special Interview

Hey Guys! For Drama today we made a little play. Here's our script!

Elisha Mae and Shreya:

Welcome, come back to ESNR News!
Elisha Mae:  Welcome come back to ESNR News! Today Risha is going to be interviewing Nevaehlinne about her upcoming movie called “Golden Bay”.

Shreya:  Off to you Risha

*Elisha Mae and Shreya go behind the brick prop and wait for eternity*

Risha: ⤵️
Thank you, Shreya and Elisha Mae. I’m behind the scenes of “Golden Bay” talking to the one and only Nevaehlinne about how she controls her feelings. Let’s go. So the first thing is “How do you control your feelings when you are on the camera and off the camera?”

Nevaehlinne: When I am on a scene I will have to wait an hour or so and then go into my dressing room and when I am at home I just go into my room and have a break.

Risha: ⤵️
Ok so what if your mum and dad were having a fight for a week what would you do? Would you let it go or do something?

Nevaehlinne: if it is a big thing I would take them to the set and if it is a small thing I will just let it slip.

Risha:⤵️
Well, you have heard from her own mouth what Neavehlinne does to control her feelings. This is Risha behind the scenes of “Golden Bay” Reporting out.

A Little Bit Of Both (Drama)

For Drama we had been making puppets. The video had to be about Healthy vs Non Healthy food. Here is the video my group made. Let's see if you can tell what is happening!

Health!
Also for Drama we have been learning about Health. Puberty to be exact. We all have to learn about it as this is a part of New Zealand's teaching curriculum. We all go through it and it is nothing to be afraid of.

Nutrition for Teens
When you go through puberty you NEED to eat healthy.
Eating healthy might be hard for you, but trust me, it will be worth it.
Variety is the key to a healthy vegetarian diet. Eat a wide range of fruit and vegetables, high fibre bread and cereal foods, dairy or calcium-enriched soyfoods and eggs, dried beans, lentils, nuts and seeds each day.

Performing to an audience! (Drama)

                   Performing to an audience!

Today for drama we were split into groups of 4. We had to make a little performance on healthy food. My group made a quick performance with a little big of choreography included.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We also did drama on Tuesday. On Tuesday we also did a performance but that performance had to be all about fruits. My groups performance was quite good (According to my group).

Too Much Drama!

                                 Too Much Drama!

For drama last session we made a 30 second video clip. Through these videos we had to explain the 4 dimensions of Hauora (Social well-being, Physical well-being, Spiritual well-being and Mental/Emotional well-being).
This is a whole compilation of all the videos made by the groups.
In Risha's video Risha is telling us to be healthy by drinking water.
Comment if you have any feedback.
Hope you enjoy!
