Science Change

This past term we have been doing Science, in science we learnt all about change, reactants, products and how they are formed.

Science - Predicting.

Today at Science we did an experiment, but before we did the experiment on a document we had to predict what was going to happen. Our teachers showed us the reactants (vinegar and baking soda.) We also had to predict what the product and the chemical reaction was going to be.
My guess spot on since I've seen these types of experiments before.

Science On A Thursday

Every week we do Science on a Thursday. We are mainly focusing on change. Change that happens in science when 2 reactants mix, when those two have been mixed in some kind of way you have a product.

Chemical Reaction - Elephant Toothpaste

Today for Science we did an experiment called Elephant Toothpaste.
This Google Drawing shows what we did.
The hardest part as usual was to make sure the labels go in the right place, like Product, Reactant.
