Warming Up - PE

 Hey guys! Today in PE Hurumanu we got into our teams and went on our document to write down our 2 important topics for the day, warm-up and drills. 

When we first got to the Gym to do our drill we didn't have much time so we just did some burpees, lunges and we ran around the court. By then it was time to change into doing our drills. 

Our first drill was to shoot the ball into the trampoline but you have to jump over the semi-circle (forbidden zone) then shoot the ball and catch the rebound. Our second drill was to throw the ball into the trampoline but the person behind you or whoever catches the ball throws it and it carries on until it drops onto the ground. 

Our group was a bit dysfunctional but with Miss Birtch's help, we found a way to make sure everyone has a turn and not just the boys. We decided that one person would throw the ball onto the wall and the person next in line would catch it and throw it into the trampoline.
